Apartment located in Santa Marta Colombia, between Irotama and Zuana Resort. Two levels apartment with 3 rooms and air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, TV cable, swimming pool, parking. Two balconies with sea view. Is totally equiped it also includes bed linen. The apartment is 5 minutes from Rodadero and 15 minutes from Santa Marta by car. The date is reserved by paying 50% of the price, and the amount left must by pay when you recieve the access letter. At the end you have to pay $ 24.000 COP for the cleaning of the apartment, $ 4.000 COP for each set bed linens and $ 1.500 COP for each towel.
Price, Terms & Payment:

The renting price for the apartment with an occupancy from 1 to 5 person:

    Low season price:  $ Col 150.000,00

    Medium season price: $ Col 220.000,00

    High season price: $ Col 345.000,00

When you select the date and the staying time, you will get the price of your vacation. Every additional persons should pay $Col 15.000 per night in low and medium season, $Col 35.000 per night in high season, the maximum occupancy of the apartment is 8 person.

The date is reserved by paying 50% of the price, and the amount left must by pay when you recieve the access letter.
