The date  is reserved by paying 50% of the price, and the amount left must by pay when yo receive the access letter.At the end yoy have to pay $ 16.000 COP for the cleaning of the apartment, $ 3.000 COP for each set bed linens and $ 1.500 COP for each towel.

The renting price for the apartment with an occupancy from 1 to 5 person:

    Low season price:  $ Col 100.000,00

    Medium season price: $ Col 165.000,00

    High season price: $ Col 260.000,00

When you select the date and the staying time, you will get the price of your vacation. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 5 persons.
