Two balconies with sea view. Is totally equiped it also includes bed linen. The apartment is 5 minutes from Rodadero and 15 minutes from Santa Marta by car. The date is reserved by paying 50% of the price, and the amount left must by pay when you recieve the access letter. At the end you have to pay $ 15.000 COP for the cleaning of the apartment, $ 2.500 COP for each set bed linens and $ 1.000 COP for each towel.

The renting price for the apartment with an occupancy from 1 to 5 person:
Low season price: $ Col 130.000,00
Medium season price: $ Col 195.000,00
High season price: $ Col 250.000,00
When you select the date and the staying time, you will get the price of your vacation. Every additional persons should pay $Col 15.000 per night, the maximum occupancy of the apartment is 8 person.
