The house has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, the room on the second floor has a really nice sight and a really nice living room. In the first floor is located the main room, the bathroom and the kitchen. It has to entrance both of them surrounded by a beautiful garden, trees and a big grassland to play or rest. The climate in the Mesa de los Santos is warm during the day and tempered in the night.
Price, Terms & Payment:
The renting price for the house with an occupancy from 1 to 6 person:
Low season price: $ Col 120.000,00
Medium season price: $ Col 160.000,00
High season price: $ Col 200.000,00
When you select the date and the staying time, you will get the price of your vacation. Every aditional persons should pay $Col 10.000 per night, the maximum occupancy of the apartment is 12 person.
The date is reserved by paying 50% of the price, and the amount left must by pay when you recieve the access letter.
